Donations

Do you have something to donate? You can ask a business that you frequent if they would donate towards the auction or place an advertisement in the journal OR make a donation yourself. Donations can be big or small items, Gift Cards, Tickets, Trips, Toys, Jewelry, Sports Items, Golf Outings, Restaurant Gift certificates, Designer Purses...we'd love to have them all! Donations can be brought to the school office with a note for The Shamrock Auction. Forms can be downloaded from link below.

Procurement Items

Procuring items from local businesses that your frequently shop at
Donate items you received as gifts and cannot use
Any item no matter how big or small is appreciated

Journal Ads and Sponsorship

Journal Ads will need to be solicited from local businesses and individuals
Sponsorship forms will be handed out - check out our new categories this year!
FOLLOW-UP in these areas are KEY to SUCCESS!!

Live Auction and Volunteers

Each class will prepare a Class Projects to be auctioned off at the dinner
Class projects are a great way for children to be involved in the auction and are usually "crafted" during a lunch period or two
Help is needed before and during the night of the event
